Telus World of Science

Today we went to the Telus World of Science Museum. It is a very neat, very hands-on museum with exhibits about the body, police investigations, electricity, genes and many others. The boys programmed Lego robots to move around a table and pick up blocks. They made a container and dropped an egg from 3 stories without breaking it. They created the containers all by themselves, and neither of their eggs broke. And when we sat down to eat lunch in the actually inexpensive cafe Grant said Kennedy and Cooper would love this place.

This is outside the crime scene investigation area where they have set up a crime scene and you can solve the crime. We didn't have the patience to really do that though.
Mason loved the "bike" and would run back every time he got a chance.
Some children had made three lego walls of a house about 3 ft tall with these blocks, and before I could get to him Mason crashed them all down. He was so excited. The kids were so mad!
Grant went to a class where he learned about eggs and decorated a Pysanko egg.

We didn't even make it to the science experiment or the planetarium show. We'll have to make sure to see those next time.
