Our Weekend
Well, since its too cold here to do anything, we headed out to the mall last night with some friends. Although Tyler braved the cold and went snow boarding with a friend during the day. While the big kids played Laser Tag, Mason and I got to do the rides at Galaxy Land, and we were free! A chaperone rides free with kids 2 and under. Then we went bowling. All in the same mall.
And tonight we got the telescope working. I'm sure not properly, but we were able to see the craters on the moon. We were repositioning to find the planet you can see at night, but it had gotten cloudy and was gone. We'll have to try that one later. And I might read the instructions again to see if we can't make it a little easier.
The kids are back to school tomorrow, so should make for a busy week trying to get back into our schedule.

makes me want to be a child again...nah..
I bet you really enjoyed the telescope ..we have talking about going to the observatory here in Ga.Do they have one in Houston?

Houston has a Planeterium, but I'm not sure if they have an observatory. I didn't even think about going to the planeterium while we were there.
