Crawfish Etouffe

Here is what has become of our crawfish boil. It turned out great, and wasn't all that hard to make. Amazing how these things we pay lots of money for aren't all that difficult. And my eyes were bigger than my stomach, so I'm completely stuffed. I will have to make this again! Of course the boys didn't eat it, and it wasn't even spicy, just for them. The potatoes and corn were also left overs.
